- Build the community (ie. Suggest fan page to new business contacts provided by client, strategically add new friends, follow new, targeted Tweeters, selectively subscribe to YouTube channels )
- Write and post status updates each week (subjects vary, include: articles from major publications on the subject of clients’ industry, client events, random questions to get her community engaged and participating, photos of new products/services, facts about client’s products/services and their core competencies/competitive advantages, FAQ’s, etc.)
- replying to any comments or direct messages received
Deliverable (Document provided once monthly):
- Monthly ‘progress resport’ including: stats on numbers of fans, followers, and their demographic segmentation, info re: the articles posted, reports on number of comments (engagements)
